Ruth has worked for the Lee Pratt brand for 25 years.
After graduating from TAFE with secretarial qualifications, Ruth began her lifelong career in essential business operations. Her work as a ledger machinist for local government gave her extensive bookkeeping experience, a skill she uses daily in her role with Lee Pratt Beef.
Here Ruth manages invoicing, accounts and the costing of the cattle and is an integral part of the Lee Pratt Beef team.
Born and bred in Casino, Ruth prefers living in town to life on the land, and enjoys socialising over a cup of coffee with friends in the cafes of Casino and surrounds.
Ruth enjoys working in the agribusiness sector where the people are hardworking, honest and down to earth.
Married with two grown up children, Ruth’s husband is also involved with the meat processing business, working on the slaughter floor at the Northern Cooperative Meat Company (NCMC).
An avid reader, she also enjoys road trips up the coast to visit her grandchildren.
